We strive to ensure all products meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our products and current logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
All sales are final.
Refunds (if applicable)
While we do not accept returns, refunds may be issued in limited cases such as:
- You received a defective or damaged item.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order never arrived due to our shipping error.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Proof of purchase (such as a confirmation email)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund (in approved cases). Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@alamandcreationsllc.com within 7 days. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
